Apartment build solution

The Customer has wide possibilities to personalize the apartment, comprending the one to made it with customizations according to his taste and requirements. For the inner distribution of the apartment we give the availability of an architecture office that will propose custom-made solutions.

The building's technical and contract specifications

Regarding the inner finishes Costa Srl has provided technical specifications and expense budgets for the payment of the supplies relatively to the pavements and coverings, the inner doors, the windows and paintings; the Customer will have the faculty to choose a product by the contract specifications of the building or whichever other product he/she desires balancing the price difference.

It is possible to personalize the apartment with hydromassage bath, cable broadcast, or every other wishes.

The payments

Also for what regards the payments we provide the maximum flexibility in order to fulfill the requirements of the Customers.

Contractually the customer will agree the exact conditions of payment but it will also be possible to derogate from them whether in the amount or in the times applying a financing plan of the company with a fixed rate established during the preliminar agreement.

Before the delivery it will be possible to choose between a cash payment or the acquisition of a portion of the hypothecating mutuum already contracted by the company with a Credit Bank.
