Building authorization

Though the complex has been conceived as apartments for holidays characterized by small size, easy of management and conforts, the contract specifications released specify the apartments use as residence, giving the faculty to obtain facilitated IVA (VAT) if in possession of the requirements.

Quality of the construction

The apartments realized in the "Mare e Verde" residence are to be characterized by an high level of finishes with particular cure for the thermal and acoustic confort.

In every apartment are programmed to be installed Daikin conditioned air systems (www.daikin.it), windows made up in aluminum with thermal cut by Schüco (www.schueco.it) and an alarm system.

Particular attention has been given to the acoustic aspect realizing three differents plasters and boxed tamponature with an high density termoacustic cohibent; the glasses, "stadip silence" by Saint-Gobain (www.saint-gobain.it), are all made of vetrocamera type, and have both sides stratified in order to guarantee the maximum confort and emergency.
